Description
Manufactured from 3.7mm dia wire (bright hard drawn) at 1.2mt long with 7 cross pins. Lengths are butt-welded to short cross-pin wires to form a flat mat before being bent into shape. Part of our manufacturing procedure is to check for the quality and strength of the welds at regular intervals (every hour). This is achieved by striking the 1.2mt length on either side of the cross pin; the end is bent and twisted against the weld.
